I was contacted less than 24-hours prior to pickup that my truck would not be available and the recommendation from the local office (Stor Place of Bellevue, which is another place to avoid) was to call another company (great advice). So, I contacted Penske and got on my way.

But, now the drama with Budget is their inability to make me whole for the additional charges I had to pay Penske due to Budget's failure to meet their part of the agreement.

All I'm asking for is $150, which was the difference between the Budget fees and the Penske fees - seems like a simple and fair request. if anyone from BTR is reading this thread you can find all of the information documented under the Situation Number 000093986277,

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Service provided, Given the runaround.

This issue has been resolved, BTR refunded me the extra money I had to pay Penske.
